Fix Copy/Paste Auto Formatting Numbers into Phone Numbers

Why is my phone which is the iPhone 14 promax every time I am trying to type out a series of numbers and send them it likes to then turn this series into an actual phone number when that’s not what I’m trying to do is just a list of numbers. They have nothing to do with any phone number, but they keep turning into a phone number even when I put paste it to my notepad into Snapchat into messenger, anywhere and this is really frustrating! I’ve looked all over the net and there doesn’t seem to be any resolutions to this issue ….but I can’t accept that haha, so how do I get this to stop? All I want is to send these series of numbers as simple text with no formatting attached….SIMPLE TEXT!!! Please help.
