Wondering which iOS version you have installed on you iPhone XR.

About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 16.3.1 is the latest.

If you haven't yet updated, it may help to do so.

Sorry it seems you have no-one in Bangladesh to contact for Apple.

Wondering just what help you need.

NB: To use Face ID, you must also set up a passcode on your iPhone.
