How can we get an Emoji added to the standard set? Over the years many, many people have asked/suggested for a Margarita emoji - it would be used far more frequently than the martini and tropical drink emojis so it would seem logical that Apple would have one. What gives? Does no one at Apple drink margaritas? Does no one from Apple read this forum? Please add a Margarita Emoji...

Emojis are generally created by the Unicode Consortium, not Apple. Click here, and if it hasn't already been submitted, file a proposal.
For national flags, and ones from similar organizations, they need to have an ISO-3166 code, and the device manufacturer needs to implement the flag.
There's already a cocktail glass emoji.

Thank you Niel - the two existing cocktail emojis are 'tropical drink' and 'martini' - Margarita glasses are different and usually include a lime and are rimmed with salt or sugar - and probably the most popular cocktail in Americas. I will submit a request to the link you provided and hope other Margarita Lovers will do the same. Cheers!
