Will my iCloud work on all of my devices?

I just upgraded to 200 on my Iphone and want it to be also on my Desktop Windows 11 and Ipad - will it work on all 3 equipment? Will my Icloud $2.99/month work on my Iphone, Desk top computer and Ipad?

All of your devices access the same iCloud storage plan (assuming you are using the same Apple ID for iCloud on all of the devices).
