If you have an iCloud Backup, you can restore your iPhone from it. However, you must be aware that it is your entire iPhone that will be restored, and not just your Home Screen.. You can also download your purchased/previously downloaded apps again in the App Store. You can just long press on the App Store app and select "Purchased"
