FTP and Hot Spot trouble

I am unable to maintain my website because my new iPhone 14 does not allow me to use FileZilla Client to transfer files. How can I remedy this? It is a major problem and failure of iPhone technology.

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 16

Hi reuel272,

When File Zilla times out, are you still able to access the network on other apps? We'd like to make sure Personal Hotspot is working correctly on your iPhone.

To help resolve any issue with the connection, please follow the steps below:

Try connecting again after each step.

1. Check that Personal Hotspot is turned on in Settings > Personal Hotspot. If you can't find or turn on Personal Hotspot, check that your wireless carrier enabled it and that your wireless plan supports it.
2. Restart the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot and the other device that needs to connect to Personal Hotspot.
3. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
4. On the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings.

This information is from If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) - Apple Support.

Take care.

I am not trying to transfer files from my iPhone. I am trying to transfer files from my COMPUTER via my iPhone's Hot Spot, using File Zilla Client. Every time I try, File Zilla does a time-out disconnect. My webmaster claims that this is the fault of Apple's 5G technology--that my ftp transfers fail because the iPhone technology does not allow them to be made. I had no problem using my ftp program with the Hot Spot on my previous SE iPhone. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
