FTP and Hot Spot trouble

When File Zilla times out, are you still able to access the network on other apps? We'd like to make sure Personal Hotspot is working correctly on your iPhone.

To help resolve any issue with the connection, please follow the steps below:

Try connecting again after each step.

1. Check that Personal Hotspot is turned on in Settings > Personal Hotspot. If you can't find or turn on Personal Hotspot, check that your wireless carrier enabled it and that your wireless plan supports it.

2. Restart the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot and the other device that needs to connect to Personal Hotspot. 

3. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.

4. On the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings.

There are a number of FTP apps available for iOS. You could search the App Store and see if there are any that would work for your needs. Otherwise, you would want to reach out to FileZilla support to look further into this with you.
