iCloud High CPU usage on Windows 11 22H2
Hey,
I am using Windows 11 22H2 build 22621.
I am using a Dell Vostro 5402.
The iCloud drive is reaching 100% CPU usage, averaging 80% CPU usage.
Someone needs to calm down this iCloud drive Process, it's not the only program that runs on my pc.
In addition, the sync is so slow for the CPU usage it takes, it must be instantaneous syncing. And no, when I upload a file to iCloud drive, it takes some time to reach my devices.

I updated iCloud, Windows, and Drivers, and did a full reset for both devices iPhone, iPad, and Windows. I am still experiencing the same issue.
The problem is from your side as many people on the internet. just check apple forums, Reddit, and superuser (Stack Exchange website) a lot of power users claim that the iCloud drive is killing their Power-Hungry PCs.
I use the 3 drives for my work (Google Drive, OneDrive, and iCloud), but only iCloud throttles my PC. I tried to uninstall both drives and use only iCloud, Still iCloud throttles my CPU to 100% as shown in the image below.
