Rakuten TV

I live in the Uk and the Rakuten app doesn’t work in English. I don’t know if this is an issue with Apple or Rakuten itself. Just wondering if anyone else has any issues.

When I look up the app in the Apple TV App Store, it shows as a Spanish language only app, i.e. designed that way. This is notably different from the app on iPhone and iPad, where its interface supports 14 languages.
