Will a first gen Airpod pro work inside a second gen Airpod pro case?
I accidentally ordered a first gen Airpod pro right Airpod replacement and now it’s not possible for me to return it.

I think you’re saying you have a first generation AirPod Pro on the right and a second generation AirPod Pro on the left. This cannot possibly work with any case.
It’s always true that the left and right AirPod must be the same type and generation.
