I have 10 GB memory left on a 32 GB 2017 iPad. The iPad has over the past week constantly been offloading an app I use multiple times every single day, and have for over ten years (MLB). I've checked and I'm using the latest version of the app, and iPadOS is up to date.
Is there any way to fix this?

It seems like the iPad needs more storage space, even if you have 10 GB free. That's why it continues to try and delete this app. You can disable this from happening in the following location:
