I cannot verify my license

Unfortunately that is correct. Only Arizona, Colorado, and Maryland are allowed at this time. More States will be added as they implement the program. There is no bug or glitch as others suggested.

Verifying a License:

If a state is not seen, then it may not be an option there. So, contact Apple Support, seeing if this is a bug or a glitch on the Web site.

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• USA: 1(800)MY-APPLE
• Proceed from there as Necessary
• Why the Wait?: It may take a while to get through to Apple Support. And that makes sense because many are at home at the moment working out of the house or taking classes at home (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic), thus giving them more time to contact Apple Support. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
