How accurate is the locations sharing in iPhone 13?

It depends on the coverage.

Inside buildings, there may be some challenges in seeing the exact location. Often the blue ring around the person you are following will expand to a larger area. If Live is activated, the location is reasonably accurate, especially outdoors. But to answer your question. I'm using an iPhone SE 2.Gen and it's pretty accurate, so I imagine your iPhone 13 is either the same or better.
