Voicemail Changed by itself??

I started having people ask me what’s up with my voicemail? I said HUH? I go and call my own number and it’s some random high pitch annoying female voice.

my voicemail has ALWAYS been on normal default. I clicked phone, voicemail, then greeting. It was checked on default so I have no clue how to get back my normal sounding voicemail or no voicemail at all.
