You cannot. Purchases from apple.com are retail purchase and cannot be automatically associated with your ABM account. Nor can they be backloaded since there is no way to verify chain of custody through the retail sales channel. Don't fret. If you've already made the purchase, you can use Apple Configurator on an iPhone to side load the units into your ABM. This is done during initial setup, so hopefully the units are not in use already. (If they are, you can either manually enroll them or erase and start over to side load with Configurator). Once injected into ABM, you can then reassign the assets to your MDM (as they will initially be assigned to Apple Configurator). But, this is obviously not a scalable solution.
If you are near an Apple Store, you want to go in a talk with the business sales team. Tell them you have ABM and that you want an Apple Customer Number and that you need all future purchases associated to your ABM. If you buy from an Apple Authorized reseller, then contact the reseller and ask them for their Reseller ID. You will provide them with your Organization ID (found in your ABM). If you only buy from Apple online, call Apple sales and ask them to connect you with business sales team so you can set up your customer number and link to ABM.
Next, if you don't like talking to people or going to the store, ask Apple to spin up a custom online store for you. This will give you a custom online store that has your business linked to your ABM and thus all future purchases will appear in your ABM before the equipment arrives.
Remember, ABM is all about proving chain of custody or your hard and soft assets. Walking into an Apple Store or going online to apple.com and buying equipment does not create a link in that chain of custody. You are not proving that a business entity is purchasing the equipment. These sales are to an individual and thus relegated to retail activation. You need to establish a sales relationship between your legal business entity and Apple to allow for chain of custody association of hardware to ABM.
As a side note, if you purchase phones from your cellular provider, you must reach out to your business contact there and exchange reseller ID and organization ID. This will allow all phones to be auto-enrolled into ABM.
Hope this helps. Takes a bit of work but it is worth the effort.
