Can someone PLEASE tell me how to allow cookies on Safari on my MacBook Pro?
I've gone to Settings and "Block Cookies" isn't enabled so I don't know what else to do?
I assess shopping websites for work and it's *so* frustrating when I get the "Allow cookies?" on every single website I open, every single time!

Yes. The possibility of one or more conflicting Safari Extensions is one of that document's more useful suggestions.
It's not a work-related VPN or remote device. It's my own personal MacBook on my own home wifi.
Your second link is interesting though, it mentions that Safari extensions could affect things. I do have a couple of extensions running so I'll turn those off and see if it makes a difference.
