Apple Cash is directly available in the Wallet App if you are in the US and your iPhone is set to the US in Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region ➜ Region.
You can set it up in Settings ➜ Wallet & Apple Pay ➜ Apple Cash (turn on),
- Under Payment Cards, tap Apple Cash.
- Tap Continue, then follow the instructions on your screen.
