Yes. It works on any Mac with macOS Ventura 13 or later and Zoom.
You can select the iPhone Camera from Zoom's Video settings in its Preferences.

Open Zoom
Start a new meeting
Go to the Camera icon on the bottom of the screen and click the "up" arrow.
Select your iPhone (as long as it is using the same AppleID and nearby--it does not have to be on the same WiFi network, though doing so might improve synchronization).
