I have used iTunes for years for music library. Did they change the proceedure to delete songs from playlist ? I used to "right click" to delete from playlist. But I can only delete from my library ?? I want to keep the song in my library . Please tell me. Thank You .

If the deleted item is already in your library, removing it from a playlist doesn’t remove it from your library or storage device.

If the deleted item is already in your library, removing it from a playlist doesn’t remove it from your library or storage device.
If the source list is a smart playlists then you either edit the rules of the list, or the properties of the track so that it no longer qualifies as a member of the smart list. Trying to remove it manually will offer to remove it from the library altogether.
