As you can see right at the bottom, this gray bar is popping up and it really annoying and i can’t see what i am typing. How do i remove it? It so stupid that this thing keep popping up when i type. Why is it there?

That is the Shortcuts bar.
You can disable it under Settings > General > Keyboard > Shortcut.
