I need help I don’t know ****

I have a Apple Watch that I bought from a friend of mine she said that it was brand new when she bought it and then her financial situation was bad so she decided to sell the watch so I sent her the money through Zelle but when I got to her house to pick the watch up a few days later. She said that one of her neices opened it goofing around and put a Apple ID and password on the watch and she don’t remember either one my friend that I bought the watch from has contacted her about it several times but she can’t remember what she put in the watch. Is there anyway to get past that?
