icloud drive storage problem

why does in one place says 0 KB of icloud drive storage and in iphone storage say almost 7 GB?

icloud drive uses too much space on my iphone, over 80 gb I use icloud drive, but i see that now it takes more than 80 gb on my iphone. It should keeps my data in cloud, not on my device. I don’t have such a problem earlier.
