Howcan i find out why my Apple Card was declined?

Hello I’m trying very hard to rebuild my credit after a 41/2 year divorce from my ex who is a doctor, I was a stay at home there was severe abuse , I have been placed on disability not my choice but didn’t really have an option I have severe CPTSD. Anyway I was of course declined but when I went to my email it didn’t give me a specific reason ? I really want to know , I’m working hard to rebuild my life .
