Refund for a cancelled app that was cancelled

I had removed a app than a year later I decided to get the app so I went to renew the app thinks it would reinstall but it did not but it charged me so I reinstalled the app an got charged again for the second app so if you can’t make it right by removing the second charge I will cancel the Apple Card. So can we get this fix right. Thank you Tammy R

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.


The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers and can't give one.
