Error Bofa or Apple pay?

I have a iPhone 14 Pro. Now.

When I added my debit card in Apple Pay look:

Now when my card is activated looks:

(Second picture)

Does anyone know how I can get my card as the first picture?

Apple pay not working. Since I got my new iPhone 13 pro max (refurbished). I’ve tried to connect my card to apple pay. No matter how much I try or what I do it won’t work it always says “Could Not Add Card Try again later or contact your card issuer for more information. Apple pay stopped working on all of my devices after iOS update 18.1.1 So I always use my tap to pay (apple pay) with my debit card which has been linked to all my devices for years now. After the update of 18.1.1 it will no longer work. The debit card itself works fine in stores and online purchasing, also called the bank to make sure everything was good on that end. So I deleted the card from my devices and tried to add back to my iPhone 15 which is running 18.1.1 which proceeds to tell me that it is an invalid card. The card is still linked to my apple account, just cant add to the wallet for apple pay anymore. I did go onto the apple website to make sure my card is supported (which it is).
