How do I remove a successful download (But NOT install) of macOS Monterey from my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) running macOS Catalina 10.15.7?

If the Monterey installer .app is in your /Applications folder, just drag it to the Trash and empty the Trash.
