Printing

My tax forms in printing preview are cropped off on right hand side, about 20 percent missing and print the same way, any suggestions appreciated

See if your printing settings let you choose a 'shrink to fit' option.

HR Block Tax software for 2022 Had a similar printing problem. Macs recently changed from system preferences to system settings. The instructions are similar. Close the HR software, go to system settings and delete printers. Re open the HR software. Choose forms or go to section to print return. Choose print, then print preview and your forms will be it the correct printable size. Print your item. If you want to do a state return in addition to the fed, you have to repeat the above steps for each print job. This works but is really un sat. HR software sould have found this as an issue an fixed it. I have used HR software for several years now and this is the first printing issue Ive had. Don't believe it's an apple issue. Apple versions of the software should have addressed and fixed this issue. Shame on HR. The software is otherwise very good. Ill continue to use.

Icloud numbers won't print on multiple pages How do I print multiple pages with the Numbers Spreadsheet? When printing you have to save as PDF and then print and it squeezes it all on one page and it's not legible.

Numbers showing blank pages in print view I have a Numbers spreadsheet with 8 sheets. Each of the sheets has two pages. When I go to file>print and the print view comes up, one of those sheets shows that it has an addition two blank pages to the right of the actual pages with tables on them. Not sure where they are coming from or how to get rid of them. The print settings/margins are similar to the other sheets, and the left and right margins are not even narrow. Some of the other sheets have much more narrow left/right margins, yet don't show these extra blank pages.
