Hi, so I am trying to turn down my audio but it isn’t going down. And when I try to record a Animoji it won’t let me because it says its audio is in use by another app even though no other apps are open. Please help

Turn on Control Center. I believe that will show the app in question.

Thank you! When I tried this it just shows the white app icon with some lines on it. I don’t know what I could be. Also when I am in a app that uses audio and I try to turn it down it just pulls up the silent mode thing
My phone says its audio is in use by another apo but all other apps are closed
