Making a claim for a broken I phone but would like to upgrade phone
I have to make claim for broken iPhone would like to upgrade my phone. Wanted to send for a replacement but it doesn’t give any options to do an upgrade.

think you have to do it in two steps as if if it's under warranty then get it repaired and then after that trade it in
