Pencil

My pencil is not charging. I attached it to my iPad Pro but it does not charge. I had lost this device for a long time and just found it. Does it need to be serviced?

Sounds like the battery in the pencil has failed due to not

being charged for a long time.


Make an appointment at the nearest Apple location to have your pencil evaluated for free.

Once the diagnostics are complete, the staff will explain your options.
