iphone alarm volume constantly turning off

Nobody needs your smart *** comment on why their alarm is not working. People aren’t here with obvious issues. I know how to set my alarm. I just need Apple to address the underlying issue. “Why does my volume reduce on its own”?

If your alarm volume is too low or too loud, press the volume up or volume down button to adjust it. You can also go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and drag the slider under Ringtone and Alert Volume. If your alarm only vibrates, make sure that your alarm sound isn't set to None.

I have the opposite problem. I try to set my alarm volume lower but it always goes off at max volume. This is very disturbing. Can’t you fix this?
