Apple Distinguished Educator Application

Who is eligible to register for the Apple Distinguished Educator? The application is asking questions about the school information (name of the school, location, job title, website, etc.), but I am a homeschool educator that uses Apple devices to educate my children as well as those in my homeschool co-op group. The application is more geared toward the educators that teach in a building versus those who educate in a non-building institution.
