In that article you highlighted a portion of one of several possible methods a carrier might use to provision your eSIM.

Did you obtain a QR code directly fron your carrier? (you can’t just scan “any ol’ eSIM QR code)

After you scan a QR code, NUMEROUS complex events occur in your carrier’s provisioning system before the eSIM is “pushed-out” to your phone. (i.e. there are numerous technical pieces which ALL must work to complete the provisioning - your phone is only one “piece” of it)

Again, contact your carrier.

Also and somewhat unfortunately … posting images with - what I think are Cyrillic characters - is generally not helpful in this english-language community. Sorry. 🙁

Often when you purchase a phone from a carrier, the phone is “locked” so as to work ONLY with that carrier.

This is generally known as “Carrier Locked.”

The locking carrier may - or may not - be willing to release their lock; or it may be tied to a certain length of service commitment.
