Have an example digit in a cell that disappears when you start typing in it

You know when you are filling out a form online and you get to the email box and in it it says: example@youremail.com and when you click on it that text goes away and you type in a blank box?

Is that possible in Numbers?

That's kind of how it works normally. If the cell has "example@youremail.com" and you click on the cell (or get to it using Return or Tab or an arrow key) and start typing, that text goes away and you will be typing in an empty box. But if you accidentally double click the cell and start typing, it does not go away and you'll be adding to what is there.
