Assuming that your phone is indeed “gone” …
… the data on it is irretrievable …
… and your only option is to restore a new, replacement phone from a backup.
If your iCloud automatic backups and sync’ing was “on” … you’ll find that your new phone looks, feels, and behaves very much like your lost phone.
