If you need to add a payment method to your Apple ID, you can use these steps: Add a payment method to your Apple ID
If your payment is declined, you can try adding a different card.
If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
If you're getting a message that you need to contact Apple Support to get your account working, then you'll want to do that: Get Support
