If your iPhone 13 Pro Max has stopped receiving text messages, here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check your cellular network: Make sure your phone is connected to a cellular network and that your carrier is not experiencing any outages or service interruptions.
2. Check your signal strength: Make sure you have a strong cellular signal. If you have a weak signal or are in an area with poor coverage, it may affect your ability to receive text messages.
3. Check your message settings: Make sure your iMessage and SMS settings are turned on. Go to Settings > Messages and ensure that iMessage and MMS/SMS are both toggled on.
4. Check your storage: If your iPhone is running low on storage, it may cause issues with receiving text messages. Check your storage by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and ensure that you have enough space available.
5 Check your blocked list: Make sure you haven't accidentally blocked the phone number of the person who is trying to text you. Go to Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts and ensure that the person's number is not listed.
6. Try resetting network settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all of your network settings to their default values, but it won't erase any of your data or media.
7.Check for software updates: Make sure your iPhone is up to date with the latest software updates. This can often solve issues related to bugs and glitches.
8. Contact your carrier: If none of the above steps work, contact your carrier and explain the issue. They may be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue on their end.
If the issue persists, you may need to visit an Apple Store or authorized service provider to have your iPhone examined for any hardware-related issues.
