Hackers stole my iPhones serial number and Eid need help getting replacement

A group of hackers are still in my Apple devices, the ID and IMEI number, and the perpetually been able to connect to the device. Every single time is turned on, enabling them to see through my cameras use my microphones and preventive devices from activation. I need help from Apple as this is a very unique and bizarre situation to get my iPhone and iPad. Replaced most likely my Apple Watch as well, this is a very advanced level to attack. Difficult to explain, but has been going on since last August across multiple iPhones.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

I'm sorry, but you're incorrect as to the cause of whatever symptoms you're seeing.

Your devices have not been 'hacked'.

As you seem to be unwilling to troubleshoot for the actual cause of whatever problem you're having, the best solution is probably to cancel all the subscriptions tied to your Apple ID, Reset all of your devices, request that Apple completely delete your Apple account, then buy all new devices and set up a brand new account.

I’m not here looking for validation, the fact is that this has taken place through a safari WebKit exploit that somehow gives back actors access to the iPhone eventually allowing kernel level access I have not been able to stop it once they have the information stated above which I’m not entirely sure how it was stolen but it intact was.

it’s allowing them to connect directly to the phone the second it’s turned on using a wireless ssh connection giving the phone background commands and literally allows them to see from my cameras and acces my location and microphone just the same as if the had the phone on there hands is flat out creepy and being used to harass me in many ways allowing them access to my personal medical information and everything on my devices this has taken place over the last 6 months.

Multiple iPhones both 13PM an 14Pm including many different iCloud accounts,

1 of which I’ve used for 10 years which I trusted with my life, now I have lost everything that was stored in that specific account and several others have also been compromised.

It doesn’t matter if I make a new iCloud account because it seems that once they have the device’s credentials it makes no difference it’s unsafe, unsettling and creepy as s!** resets do absolutely nothing.

I need my devices replaced there are paper waits now. Not safe to use
