I have got my iwatch reset to connect my new phone. But it asks to verify my old apple id. I already deactivated that apple id. So i need to get it reactivated

It is very unlikely you have actually deactivated your original Apple ID. Unless you went to some serious trouble it still exists and has not been deleted by Apple.
