Suddenly, my phone says apple id is not active and can't login again. While logging in it says apple id not active. And I can do nothing and can't login anywhere and even i can't reset my phone. Please help me how to get going again.

This is highly likely something Apple needs to fix for you and you may just wish to contact them right now. The things suggested in another post are valid solutions for different issues but are highly unlikely to resolve your issue unless you did not describe the issue to us correctly.
