The UDID uniquely identifies a device, so I’m not sure what or why you’re asking…
And provisioning, that’s managing or supervising the device.
If you’re seeking the UDID… Apple has gone to some effort to make the UDID harder to access from apps, due to shenanigans by some developers. AFAIK, the UDID is unavailable on device, short of shenanigans that cannot be here discussed.
The device UDID is only visible from iTunes or Finder or Xcode (and probably AC2 and in system profiler) on a connected Mac.
With macOS Monterey and Finder, connect the cable from the device to the Mac, tap on the iPhone (or iPad) in the left column of Finder, select General, and tap the line with the iPad model and battery charge level at the top. You’ll get the serial number, UDID, and other details there, tapping through each display.
The app developer switching to and using TestFlight to test their app betas avoids this question. TestFlight works well for this app testing, too.
There are websites offering an MDM device management profile for and app download, and I do not recommend loading that profile, nor loading any associated apps. Why? The apps could conceivably do anything with anything of all of your device data.
