There are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Force restart your Apple Watch: Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears. This can sometimes resolve issues with startup.
  2. Charge your Apple Watch: Make sure that your Apple Watch is charged. If the battery is completely drained, your Apple Watch may not start up until it has a sufficient charge.
  3. Update your Apple Watch: Make sure that your Apple Watch is running the latest version of watchOS. You can check for updates by going to the Watch app on your iPhone, selecting "General," and then "Software Update."
  4. Reset your Apple Watch: If the above steps do not work, you may need to reset your Apple Watch. This will erase all data on your Apple Watch, so make sure to back up your data first. To reset your Apple Watch, go to the Watch app on your iPhone, select "General," and then "Reset."
  5. Contact Apple Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact Apple Support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or recommend a repair or replacement.
