Going from Windows Putty SSH to Mac OS

I use putty on windows to ssh into my servers. How can I use Mac OS to do this. I have server keys and use WinSCP as well. I had hoped that CaptainFTP would be able to use secure server keys to access the server, but that is not working for me either. Any help with this is much appreciated.
