Hello,
I understood that this subscription was back in September, but I didn't know about it, I found out already when I couldn't pay for iCloud storage. Therefore, it is possible to somehow cancel it, I did not use and do not use that program. This subscription was most likely made by a child or by accident.

I can't see my payment receipt in Report a problem. Probably because the subscription was made back in September, somehow in debt.
Thank you for your help. I understood this, but I want to pay for the subscription already made. Because I don't even have this app and I can't use it.
but I want to pay for the subscription already made.
If you want to pay for the subscription then don't ask refund.
Sorry, this is a mistake. I meant that the money has already been withdrawn from my account, and this application is not in my phone and I do not use it. Therefore, I want to return the money for it.
"Refunds are not guaranteed." - Does this mean that you will not be able to refund the money to me?
