How can I get my iPhone to connect to an HP printer? That’s not connected to the Internet. iPhone 8plus.

I can’t connect my iPhone to HP printer. Printer is not connected to the Internet but I have documents on my phone I want to print. What can I do to make the connection thanking you in advance.Tom

My iPhone searches, but I can’t find a printer sitting right on top of it. I tried moving it away no difference.
