I live in Haiti and Haiti is not listed. I cannot register my credit card information in iTunes Store. How can I proceed?

What shall I do? Do I need to wait my CPR to have new local phone number and new local credit card? For the moment only my husband has CPR and local debit card. Please could you help? My icloud storage is full. We have family sharing with our 3 daughters and they don’t have space anymore. We are on 2TB subscription since a long time, and now I cannot pay anymore. And soon we won’t have access to emails, photos etc. Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry, there is no Apple and no Apple Authorized Reseller, no Apple Store/iTunes presence in Haiti.

Apple does not sell products in Haiti.

If you have an Apple product (take by your own to Haiti), you cannot register your card information, you are on your own with the apps that came installed on that device.
