Please how do I cancel iCloud subscription?

goto settings -> click on your name -> click on subscriptions -> here you will find all the active/inactive subscriptions -> click on the one which you want to cancel -> cancel subscription.

Download All of iCloud First:
Prior to cancelling this, I recommend downloading all of iCloud. Once downloaded, trash what is in there. Perform my User Tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip. All would be saved -- photos, document, and all. You would then use Finder to browse through this download.
