Apple ID change request

Every other day I get a request to change my Apple ID but the screen to change it all blanks are grayed out. This is only on my phone. I have to go to my iPad and change password then go to phone and sign out then resign in with new password 2 days later I have to do it again. Is there a fix

Hey there Gobbler67,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.

Just to confirm, are you receiving these requests in an email, or are you seeing a pop-up appear on your iPhone display? If you're receiving these requests in an email, we would recommend reviewing the following resource just to ensure that the emails may not be phishing attempts attempting to gain access to your account and information: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

If you're seeing a pop-up notification on your iPhone display, or you've confirmed that the email you've received is legitimate, we would recommend through the steps in the next resource to ensure that your account is secure: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

If you have any other questions or concerns about these alerts, the best option would be to reach out to Apple Support directly. You can do reach out to Apple using this link here: Contact - Official Apple Support

We hope that's able to help.

Have a great day!
