My apple is not working
why is my apple watch not working... every time i put it on the charger it turns on then 5 seconds later it turns right back off?

Are you sure your Apple Watch is actually turning off, not just the display blanking? Normal behavior is for the display to activate about 5 seconds then go dark again until the Watch senses movement. Try just a gentle tap on the watch strap or table top to let it feel vibration, the display will probably come to life for a few seconds.
