Black shadow circle on the folder ?

Can you please help me understand what this is ?? When I click on it I don’t see any activity it just seems like a normal folder.

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Nope all Apps seem to have downloaded fully.

One of the apps inside the folder is not downloaded yet. Open the folder to know which app is that.
