I can’t go on the Apple Music, podcasts, or App Store App. Every time I click on those apps it sends me back to Home Screen?

Try doing a Forced Restart:

1. Press and quickly release Volume Up

2. Press and quickly release Volume Down

3. Press and hold the Side Button, the phone will restart. Release when you see the Apple Logo.

See if that fixed the problem. Otherwise, try deleting e.g. the Music app from your iPhone. Restart again - open the App Store and search for Music and download it again.

Try opening the App Switcher where you can force close apps. Swipe up to the center of the screen and close ALL your apps - by swiping them up and away - then restart and try again.
